The Competition for the Most  ,as American Star Ciara Rocked an Almost Sheer Dress to the VMA,

There was some stiff competition for the most revealing dress on the red carpet at the VMAs but RnB star Ciara was certainly up there with the most risque.

The 27-year-old looked beautiful in a jewelled and feathered dress that was otherwise almost completely sheer.

At least the  gorgeous embelishments on the dress managed to keep the singer's modesty.
